Making a Reservation

Reservations are guaranteed by a 25% deposit by intent banking or with a credit card. If paying by internet banking the outstanding amount will be required one week prior to your arrival. If paying by credit card then the outstanding amount will be charged to your card the day of your arrival.

Delivery and Pickup

When you make your reservation, we will arrange a suitable time for you to collect the gear from our office. Alternatively we can deliver the equipment to your rental property. We ask that you also arrange a set time for drop-off/collection on your departure date. If your rental property is a private residence, and you must leave before we pickup, please do not lock the baby gear in the house. A charge of $30 will be incurred if you need us to drop off and collect the gear.
